    THE BAMBOO CEILING

People of color and other minority groups often face institutional barriers that serve to exclude them from reaching leadership positions in the workplace. The metaphor of the Bamboo Ceiling describes the invisible barriers that particularly prevent people of Asian descent from reaching their potential in spite of having the highest educational attainment. This panel discussion will feature the voices of three Asian women who are uniquely positioned in leadership roles at Harvard.
